A Valletta institution on Piazza Regina, located in the centre of Valletta, it is a square overseen by a statue of Queen Victoria in the centre and dotted all round, are tables set up al fresco by a number of renowned cafe's.

The square is surrounded by trees growing all round, which basically adds to the attractiveness of the area, and to make it more comfortable for the dinners, the Restaurants have colourful umbrellas that protect from the sun. Apart from the daily situation of Piazza Regina, it is also possible with the help and co-operation of the entire Restaurants' and shops dotted around the Piazza to take this area over during the evening for that memorable Gala event.

Delegates would approach the area from City Gate down Republic Street. Elements of local entertainment will be in attendance in order to enhance the arrival and during the evening while dinner is being served, carefully selected entertainment elements will perform.
