AGL – Alliance Group Ltd., has been established since 1988, being one of the first Destination Management Companies to truly focus on growing this lucrative segment to the Maltese Islands.

Owner managed the company has earned a strong reputation throughout the years. Customer satisfaction is our mantra and we strive to create strong and everlasting relationships. AGL Alliance Group offers the client a completely streamlined and detailed program and we are able to put together creative and unique itineraries that differentiate with what is readily available on the market. Saving money for the client is also our priority.

Hera Cruises is an AGL in-house company
Hera Cruises was set up after AGL identified a gap in the market of ‘quality boats’ that could be used for their clients. In 1997 the first luxury wooden yacht Hera I was purchased and was soon after joined by Hera II. These two luxury yachts, with a combined capacity of 300 persons are now used widely by those looking for a far superior way to explore the islands shores, transfer to their hotels in a unique way or for an unforgettable team building experience.

At AGL we believe it is important to give as well as to receive! Malta has benefited from many CSR programs undertaken by clients, wanting to put a CSR element into their event.

CSR can play a role in building customer loyalty based on distinctive ethical values. Several major brands, are built on ethical values and benefit from building a reputation for integrity and best practice. Over the past decade, a growing number of companies have recognized the business benefits of CSR and in turn are placing a CSR element into the destinations where they run their events.

We Do Sicily

The Maltese Islands

The Maltese archipelago has been at the crossroads of cultural exchange for millennia. Being colonized for several thousand years, has led to an incredible cultural and historical heritage accumulated through the ages.

The Maltese Islands cover an area of 316 square kilometers making up 4 islands Malta, Gozo, Comino and Filfla which is uninhabited.

Easily accessible, the choice of airlines operating to and from Malta is extensive, whether you are flying short or long haul. These airlines include Malta’s national carrier, Air Malta, Lufthansa, Alitalia, Ryan Air, Easy Jet, and Emirates to name just a few!

Gozo & Comino

Comino is the smallest inhabited island in the archipelago. It is quiet, with no cars, nor any other noise to disturb the peace. The Island's numerous bays and the crystal clear waters of the Blue Lagoon add to the charm of the smallest of the Maltese Islands.
